<p>PURPOSE: A methanol distiller and vacuum stirrer in one are provided to improve productivity and reduce a process while increasing yield of methanol by using inexpensive cooking oil as a material for producing biodiesel. CONSTITUTION: A methanol distiller and vacuum stirrer in one includes the followings: a tank(25) storing cooking oil which is a raw material of biodiesel, methanol, and methoxide in which the methanol and caustic soda are mixed; a rotary shaft(49) installed at the tank; a rotational vane(34) agitating liquid in the tank by the rotation of the rotary shaft; a motor(33) prepared to rotate the rotary shaft; and a vacuum pump(26) operated to vacuumize the tank.</p> |
