<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous ink composition for inkjet recording which can form an overcoat layer with excellent grab and fretting resistance to a recording medium, as well as an inkjet recording method, a recorded matter, an ink cartridge and a recording device. <P>SOLUTION: This non-aqueous ink composition for inkjet recording includes at least, one kind selected from the group consisting of an alkylene glycol compound and lactone, and a non-aqueous resin emulsion.
