<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device allowing a user to select an image reading device intended to be used by the user, even when the user does not obtain the correspondence between the image reading device and an IP address and MAC address. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus, using a program, can execute a searching procedure of searching for the image reading apparatus with a searching means, a preview image acquiring procedure of acquiring a preview image from the image reading apparatus with a preview image acquiring means, a preview image displaying procedure of displaying the preview image acquired by the preview image acquiring means with a preview image displaying means, and a procedure of selecting, using the selecting means, the image reading apparatus intended to be used by the user based on the preview image displayed in the preview image displaying procedure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
