<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell substrate for obtaining a solar cell having excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell substrate has a laminate comprised of a glass sheet [I]/texture layer [II], wherein the texture layer [II] is comprised of a resin formed by curing a (meta) acryl photocurable composition (i), and a substrate (a) of a 1-cm square in the central part of the solar cell substrate satisfies the following conditions (A) and (B): (A) The number of a concave portion whose diameter exceeds 1.5μm should be two or less when the rough surface of the texture layer [II] of the substrate (a) is observed with an electron microscope (SEM) having a 10μm square field of view. (B) The maximum height difference between the top and bottom of the roughness should be 0.3μm or less when the rough surface of the texture layer [II] of the substrate (a) is observed with an atomic force microscope (AFM) having a 10μm square field of view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
