<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an examinee to surely enter an answer to an answer column corresponding to a question without mistaking the answer column of the question when a question sheet is separate from an answer sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A test execution device for performing delivery of an examination question and authentication of an examinee is connected to a radio network such as the Internet. A number of electronic papers for question and answer are prepared in a test site. The electronic paper for question is connected to the test execution device through the radio network. The electronic paper for question is for inputting examinee information and displaying a question, and the electronic paper for answer is for inputting an answer and examinee information.
