<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker for making temperature in the horizontal and vertical directions uniform and cooking good rice without unevenness in cooked rice by making a temperature distribution on the bottom surface of an inner pot uniform and generating a large convection current. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker includes: a rice cooker body 1; a cover body 2 for opening/closing an upper opening part of the rice cooker body 1; an inner pot 10 which contains substances to be cooked and is attachably/removably contained inside the rice cooker body 1; and heating means 7 for heating the inner pot 10. An electromagnetic induction heating coil is used for the heating means 7 and the electromagnetic induction heating coil is divided at least into a first bottom surface heating coil 7a and a second bottom surface heating coil 7b provided for its outer periphery which heat the bottom surface of the inner pot 10 and a corner part heating coil 7c for heating a corner part of the inner pot 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
