<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitive touch panel that implements improved detection accuracy by ensuring uniform detection sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitive touch panel comprises a plurality of first electrodes disposed in parallel on a substrate, an insulating film formed so as to cover the first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes disposed in parallel so as to intersect the first electrodes on the insulating film, a plurality of first lead wires connected to the first electrodes respectively and extended to a connection terminal, and a plurality of second lead wires connected to the second electrodes respectively and extended to the connection terminal. The first lead wires and second lead wires have different wire lengths.
