<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and simple structured cartridge for analysis and an analytical method, capable of separating blood cells, transferring and stirring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The analytical method includes: a step of injecting a sample 14 into a first recess part 9 of the cartridge 6; a step of making the cartridge 6 collide with a collision wall 2a, to separate the blood cells 16 and to collect at the bottom of the first recess part 9 compartmentalized by a second projection 11b; a step of making cartridge 6 collide with a collision wall 2b, to move the plasma 15 over a first projection 11a to a second recess part 12 and to mix with a reagent 13; and a step of analyzing, by accessing to the mixed fluid in the second recess part 12.
