PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a temperature difference in the air blown off from a blower without increasing the number of parts in an air conditioner for a vehicle in which the blower is disposed on the downstream side of a heat exchanger for cooling and a heat exchanger for heating. SOLUTION: The blower 3 is provided with an impeller 30 in which a plurality of blades 300 are arranged around a rotating shaft 30a and an electric motor 31 driving the rotation of the impeller 30. A stabilizer 32 for preventing counterflow of an air stream is formed on a case 11 to make a cross-flow fan in which air passes through a cross section at right angles to the rotating shaft 30a of the impeller 30, and the rotating shaft 30a is kept in parallel to a heater core 15.
