<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an exterior wall facing material in which the widths of a substrate panel and the exterior wall facing material are small, the exterior wall facing material is fixed to the substrate panel without using screwing from the front surface side even if the gap is almost absent between the substrate panel and the exterior wall facing material, and the exterior wall facing material is easily installed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plate-like positioning metal fitting 16 having a positioning engagement section 16a is attached to the exterior wall facing material fixing surface of the substrate panel 1 parallel to the exterior wall facing material fixing surface. A metal fitting to be positioned 17 having a section to be engaged 17a with which the engagement section 16a is engaged and a fixing metal fitting 18 having a screw hole 18b are attached to the surface of the exterior wall facing material 2 to which the substrate panel is fixed. The exterior wall facing material 2 is positioned on the substrate panel 1 by engaging the engagement section 16a with the section to be engaged 17a.
