<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel structure and a method for processing the same capable of improving a burr removal performance at a cross part including an acute angle section. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cross shape channel structure 1 is provided with a first channel 10, and a second channel 20 crossing the first channel 10. The cross part 30 includes the acute angle section 31. A diameter of the first channel 10 at a side opposite to the acute angle section 31 (diameter d1 above the cross part 30) is set larger than a diameter of the first channel at the acute angle section 31 side (diameter d2 below the cross part 30). Diameter difference is provided in the first channel 10 in a range of the cross part 30, and the acute angle section 31 is exposed in a view from a side opposite to the acute angle section 31 (in top view).
