<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal excellent in operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: While a pin 20 provided on a surface on the +Z side of a first case body 11 is relatively moved inside the circular arcuate through-hole 36 of an intermediate member 13 and the intermediate member is rotated to the first case body 11, the end part of the pin is relatively moved along an engaging groove 30, and thus a second case body 12 is guided in a slide direction to the intermediate member. Thus, just by imparting rotary force to the intermediate member and the second case body, a user can rotate the intermediate member (and the second case body) to the first case body and move the second case body in the slide direction to the intermediate member. In such a manner, since the rotating operation and the sliding operation of the second case body to the first case body are achieved just by imparting unidirectional force (force in a rotating direction), the operability when shifting the entire shape of the information terminal is improved.
