<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive suspension having excellent vibration characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The suspension 20 includes a base plate 30, a load beam 32, and a flexure 33. The base plate 30 includes a boss portion 61 inserted into a hole in an actuator arm, a first region S1 situated on a side closer to a slider 21 with the center C of the boss portion 61 set as a boundary, and a second region S2 situated on a side more remote from the slider 21. A pair of projections 70 and 71 are formed in the first region S1. A pair of projections 72 and 73 are formed in the second region S2. The projections 70, 71, 72 and 73 project in the thickness direction of the base plate 30. The boss portion 61 is inserted into the hole of the actuator arm. In a state where all the projections 70, 71, 72 and 73 abut on the suspension support portion of the actuator arm, the boss portion 61 is pressurized from inside to be enlarged in diameter.
