PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve which can completely closing an annular valve seat by a disk-like valve disc even if the disk-like valve seat is abutted in a slant posture on the annular valve seat when seated on it. SOLUTION: An entrance 1, a valve chest 5, and an exit 3 are formed by a valve casing which is composed of the entrance-side member 2 and the exit-side member 4. An annular valve seat 6 is provided between the entrance 1 and the valve chest, and the disk-like valve body 7 to open and close the annular valve seat 6 is arranged inside the valve chest 5. A coil spring 8 to energize the disk-like valve body 7 to the annular valve seat 6 is arranged inside the valve chest 5. A rib is provided in the inner peripheral wall of the exit-side member 4 and inside the rib inner surface, a slidably contacting inner surface 10 which the outer periphery of the disk-like valve body 7 slidably contact is formed. An R work is executed to the exit-side end 16 of the outer periphery of the disk-like valve body 7 and another R work is executed in the entrance-side end 17 of the slidably contacting inner surface 10 of the exit-side member 4. In the position in which the disk-like valve body 7 is seated in the annular valve seat 6, the region 16 in which the R work of the outer periphery of the disk-like valve body 7 has been executed and the another region 17 in which the R work of the slidably contacting inner surface 10 of the exit-side member 4 has been executed are fitted.
