PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow packaging bag with a child resistance function, easily opened by an adult while preventing an infant from erroneously opening (breaking a seal). SOLUTION: The pillow packaging bag with the child resistance function has: a back sealing part formed by joining and sticking side edge parts of a packaging film curved in a cylindrical shape face to face; and an end edge sealed part formed by closing at least one of the open end edges in the axial direction of the cylinder in a liquid-tightly sealed condition. An easily openable part as a starting point for opening is provided at a part of a bent base part region of the back sealing part, and the easily openable part is hidden by sealing the bent back sealing part and the surface of the pillow packaging bag.
