<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device for an internal combustion engine capable of dispensing with a space wherein a heater for vaporizing by heating a liquid fuel is mounted and downsizing the heater. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 20 for an internal combustion engine vaporizes the liquid fuel leading from a liquefied fuel container 31 to a fuel flow passage 32 by the heater 35 arranged in the middle of the fuel flow passage 32, and leads the vaporized fuel in a combustion chamber 18 of a cylinder section 12. The heater 35 is built in a cylinder-side flange section 25 of an exhaust pipe 16 mounted on the cylinder section 12 and discharging an exhaust gas of the combustion chamber 18, and has a round-trip flow passage 45 connected with the middle of the fuel flow passage 32.
