The part has a cavity surface (5) and a layer structure with a baseplate (8) and a cavity plate (17). Peltier elements (6) for tempering of the cavity surface are provided in the mold part. The cavity plate exhibits a layer structure with a ceramic layer (7) and a metal layer (9), where the ceramics layer is arranged between the baseplate and the metal layer. The peltier elements are arranged in the ceramic layer and the cavity plate. Channels run within an area of a contact surface between the baseplate and the cavity plate.
