<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light easy of optical axis adjusting work and superior in heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: A crowned gear 16a is provided on the heat sink of a lighting fixture for adjusting the irradiating direction of a reflecting mirror 13. During adjustment, a tool is inserted along a heat dissipation fin 19 of the heat sink to engage with the crowned gear 16a, thus allowing a worker to easily do optical axis adjusting work.
