<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag cover and an airbag device capable of improving appearance quality of the airbag cover and simplifying a structure of a hinge part. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag cover 1 is formed by integral resin molding of a plate-type portion 2 forming a vehicle interior surface with an inner case 3 disposed at a back surface of the plate-type part 2 and forming an inflating deployment path of the airbag. The airbag cover 1 includes a door part 2a formed to open upon the inflation and deployment of the airbag at the plate-type part 2, and the hinge part 4 rotatably retaining the door part 2a. The hinge part 4 includes a first thin portion 4a formed at a joining portion to the plate-type part 2 of the inner case 3, and a plurality of first ribs 4a disposed at an outside surface of the first thin portion 4a to be bent or buckled upon inflation and deployment of the airbag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
