<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator device capable of allowing installation of a sensor holder for holding a sensor to a supporting member without using a fastener component such as screws. <P>SOLUTION: In an accelerator device 1, an accelerator pedal is rotatably supported by a supporting member 3. A rotation angle sensor 4 for detecting a relative rotation angle between the supporting member 3 and an accelerator pedal 2 is held integrally by a sensor holder 5 together with a connector 51. The sensor holder 5 is fixedly engaged with the base 3 by a second locking part 55 provided in the sensor holder 5 and a second locked part 35 provided in the base 3. In the sensor holder 5, a distance L1 from the second locking part 55 to the rotation angle sensor 4 is longer than a distance L2 from the second locking part 55 to the connector 51. According to this device, because it does not use the fastener component such as screws, an excessive stress to the rotation angle sensor 4 can be prevented from being generated by a force generated by the fastening with the screws, and the rotation angle sensor 4 can be prevented from being damaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
