<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved magnetic therapeutic device which can be patched onto a skin inconspicuously, and furthermore can control sweaty feeling or rash being generated after patching even in persons having a sensitive skin. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetic therapeutic tools are nearly circular transparent sheets with a thickness of 30μm provided respectively via a lower self-adhesive layer provided on a lower release sheet. The transparent sheet is provided with a magnet which is placed between the transparent sheet and the lower release sheet, and is unremovably adhered in a region excluding the region of the lower self-adhesive layer provided on the transparent sheet. Two upper release sheets are temporarily fixed on the transparent sheet via an upper self-adhesive layer, and prevent the lower self-adhesive layers from adhering to each other and the generation of wrinkles in the transparent sheet.
