<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave processor to be efficiently operated while heating various heated objects different in shape/type/amount into desired conditions by optimizing the oscillation frequencies and phase differences of microwave electric power fed by a plurality of feed parts. <P>SOLUTION: Microwaves are oscillated by oscillating parts 1a, 1c, and fed through power distribution parts 2a, 2c, amplification parts 4a-4d, and the feed parts 5a-5d into a heating chamber 8. A control part 7 acquires relative phase differences among the individual feed parts 5a-5d about the reflecting electric power to be returned to the same feed part and the transmitting electric power to be conveyed to other feed parts, and controls the oscillation frequencies and the phase differences to be optimized in the heating chamber 8 storing heated objects 9 in accordance with acquired information.
