<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein even though in conventional electronic control devices for an air conditioner, for protecting electrical components from small animals, insects, dust, and moisture, coating of an insulating coating material or covering by a protective film has been performed, protection has not been sufficient due to the variations caused by working conditions in coating and part leads. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This electronic control device has a detachable resin cover 2, covering a soldered part 3 of a printed wiring board 5, thereby obtaining a structure capable of stably protecting a charging part from foreign matter and moisture simply and positively over a long period of time.
