<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein a setting section and a display can not be inspected or replaced in a conventional converter without separating a body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The converter 2 comprises: (A) the body 31 having a main board 312 for processing data from a detector, and a cylindrical main case 311 for receiving the main board 312; (B) a front module 32 having the setting section 321 where a value regarding a measurement of a flow rate as a to-be-measured object of a magnetic flowmeter is set by a user, the display 322 for displaying a value obtained by the main board 312 and a value set by the setting section 321, and a front case 323 for receiving the setting section 321 and the display 322, opened at an end on the side of the main case 311, and attached to and detached from an opening at a front end of the main case 311; and (C) a rear case 33 opened at an end on the side of the main case 311, and attached to and detached from an opening at a rear end of the main case 311.
