<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fastening part from coming off an assembly type crankshaft by increasing not only fastening force by plastic deformation but also fastening force of the fastening part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This assembly type crankshaft is assembled into an integral unit by assembling a plurality of divided pieces mutually at the fastening part. The fastening part includes a hole part 8 formed in either of adjacent divided pieces and a shaft part 6 formed in the other of adjacent divided pieces, and the shaft part 6 is press-fitted into the hole part 8 and is tightened to assemble the adjacent divided pieces mutually. A serration 7 composed of crest parts and trough parts extended in the direction of an axis and arranged alternately is formed at the outer periphery of the shaft part 6. The quenched crest parts in the serration 7 are provided at the outer periphery of the shaft part 6 as an internal wall of the hole part 8 and the plastic fastening part to be fastened by plastic deformation. In addition, the trough parts being not quenched and remaining as a raw material are provided at the outer periphery of the shaft part 6 as an adhesive fastening part to be fastened to the internal wall of the hole part 8 by adhesion.
