<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration noise reducing structure capable of suppressing vibrations with different vibration frequencies and also capable of suppressing increase in the number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vibration noise reducing structure, a damping member 4 is supported by a fixing member 3 to be able to vibrate, and the fixing member 3 is fixed to a vibration-control object 1. The fixing member 3 comprises a mount part 5 fixed to the vibration-control object 1 and a plurality of arm parts 6 continuously provided for the mount part 5 and radially extended.
