<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide composition which is especially useful in the field of electrical components such as electric and electronic components or electronic automotive components, is high in strength of bonding and adhesion to an epoxy resin, a silicone resin, a metallic member or the like, is excellent in thermal aging characteristics thereof, and is excellent in toughness, impact strength, weld strength, heat cycle resistance, and mechanical strengths. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is a polyarylene sulfide composition comprising 67-98.9 wt.% polyarylene sulfide (A), 1-30 wt.% polar group-containing polyethylene copolymer (B), and 0.1-5 wt.% polyethyleneimine (C).
