PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering device of a skew shaft and a center hole processing device capable of easily, surely and swiftly performing automatic centering with a high degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a pair of clamp arms 4 having a gripping part 5, a front engagement part 6 of an oval hole, and a rear engagement part 7 of a round hole on a straight line L in order, a pair of driving part 9 moving the rear engagement part back and forth to an axial center 11 for processing, and a C-shape swinging link 15 engaging with the front engagement part so as to be symmetrical to the axis for processing and allowed to swing around the axis for processing. The swinging link swingably supports with one or a plurality of bearings 13, 14 disposed in an arc around the axis for processing. The center hole processing device 100 has a cutting tool 105 for center hole processing in which the axis for processing and a rotary shaft 105c correspond, and allowed to move back and forth in the direction of the axis for processing. Also, the axis for processing and the rotary shaft can relatively be moved in the direction perpendicular to the axis and the conformance or the separation of the mutual axes can be selected.
