PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolayer type electrophotographic photoreceptor which is suitable for blue color exposure (in particular, exposure with blue color semiconductor laser), is excellent in mechanical and electrical endurance for repeated use for a long time in high resolution, does not cause an image degradation and has high endurance, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus with the monolayer type electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The monolayer type electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive support made of conductive material and a charge-generating material and a charge-transporting material disposed on the conductive support, wherein an enamine compound represented by general formula (1) is included as the charge-generating material and the charge-transporting material.
