PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of a seat cushion in a double-folding mechanism of a vehicle seat having a turning mechanism for supporting the seat cushion in a collapsibly turnable manner with respect to a vehicle body floor. SOLUTION: A holding mechanism detection part 80 capable of detecting a holding state and a releasing state between a seat cushion 20 and a holding mechanism 60 is set on a turning mechanism for collapsibly turning the position of a seat cushion seated posture and the position of a seat cushion stored posture. A projecting member 72 to be operated to the projecting position 72a at which the seat cushion 20 is brought into contact with a seatback 30 in a non-turnable manner and the retracting position 72b at which the seat cushion is turnably retracted is arranged at the proximity position of the seat cushion 20 to the seatback 30. The holding mechanism detection part 80 and the projecting member 72 are connected to each other via a wire cable 90 at the projecting position 72a by the detection of the holding state and at the retracting position 72b by the detection of the releasing state by the holding mechanism detection part 80.
