<p>A magnetic energy motor comprises a frame body (1). A permanent magnet mechanism for doing work is provided on the frame body. The permanent magnet mechanism for doing work comprises a permanent magnet (2,3,4,20) for doing work fastened on the frame body. The shielding cover (5) is sleeved on the outside of the permanent magnet for doing work. A balance mechanism is connected with the shielding cover. The balance mechanism comprises a permanent magnet (7) for dynamic balance which is connected with the shielding cover. A driving and controlling device is connected with the shielding cover.
