A method, apparatus and radio network controller for adjustment of transmission time interval TTI. This method includes obtaining the current service flow of a high speed uplink packet access HSUPA channel, comparing the obtained current service flow with the preset threshold, adjusting the TTI of the HSUPA channel according to the current TTI and the comparing result.
