PURPOSE: A ground excavating method for large-diameter concrete file construction is provided to facilitate working on the water and improve effectiveness and work environment and reduce construction cost and reduce. CONSTITUTION: A ground excavating method for large-diameter concrete file construction comprises followings. A plurality of foundation holes are punched on a concrete file construction position using a boring device. A casing(20) is led in the top of the foundation hole and excavated soil is removed inside the casing. The inside of the casing is cleaned by discharging the excavation soil remained inside the casing. A fabric reinforcement is inserted and installed into the casing. The concrete is poured inside the casing and a concrete file is formed by drawing the casing.
