PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for reducing price fluctuation risk of a commodity due to communication delay between an exchange and transaction participators.

SOLUTION: Price fluctuation risk due to communication delay between the exchange and the transaction participators is treated as a temporal risk securities, an electronic transaction system for selling and buying the temporal risk securities is provided, and the acquisition and exercise of the commodity enables risk due to the communication delay to be exchanged. Thus, it is substantially possible to transmit order information faster than velocity of light, which is scientifically impossible.
