PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loose stool disposal sheet and a paper diaper preventing spread of loose stool by preventing momentum when excreting the loose stool and surely catching a solid content in the loose stool being left without permeating a liquid-permeable surface sheet of a loose stool sheet. SOLUTION: The loose stool sheet 1 is formed by serially connecting one end of a plurality of filaments to the upper face of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 formed into a rectangular shape to constitute a fiber bundle body T1 consisting of the filament bundles and by raising the bundles formed by entangling the filaments, and the liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 of the loose stool sheet 1 is used by being applied to the upper face of the liquid-permeable surface sheet SE of a paper diaper N.
