<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To roughly fix the amplitude of the output of a circuit having frequency selection characteristics. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 12 calculates beforehand a resonance frequency when connecting a capacitor C1 in parallel to a resonance circuit comprising an inductor L0, a capacitor C0 and a resistor R0, and calculates a resistance value for turning impedance Z to a roughly fixed value at the resonance frequency.
