<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a guide for boarding a train in turn to prevent congestion of boarding in the same train during the boarding time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This congestion relaxing system is constituted of a seat reservation system host computer 002 managing seat reservation information on a seat reservation from a seat reservation terminal via a server 101 and a network 001, a station base server installed at a station having a function for distributing boarding turns at each boarding door not to generate passing-by, etc. in the boarding train by referring to the seat reservation information of the seat reservation system host computer, a boarding guide display device put up on an upper side of a platform to display boarding turn information for every train number and every boarding door transmitted from the station base server connected to the station base server, and boarding doors and marks painted at the platform of the station corresponding to the boarding guide display device.
