PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bispecific antibody for regulating immune response. SOLUTION: Provided is a method for using the bispecific antibody to reduce the activity of a cell or of an activating receptor, wherein the bispecific antibody binds to; (a) an activating receptor; and (b) an inhibiting receptor.
