<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material preventing a load shift when products are stacked in the same constitution as an existing packaging configuration, also preventing a load from being applied on the products when placed on a flat and smooth face, and not sacrificing a cushioning function for a packed item. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bottom face 2a of a cushioning member 2 placed on the lower side of an packed item 1 is provided with a protrusion 4. The bottom face 3a of a packing box 3 is formed with a hole 5 for the protrusion 4 to stick out downward. The top face 3a of the box 3 is formed with an opening hole 6 for receiving at least the tip end of the protrusion 4 protruding from the bottom face of another packing box considering the case where it is placed below another packing box. The position of the hole 6 and that of the hole 5 match. When a plurality of the boxes 1 are stacked, the protrusion 4 sticking out from the bottom face of the upper box 1 is fitted in the hole 6 of the top face of the lower box 1 and prevents the displacement of each of the boxes 1 during transportation.
