PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which can form a favorable image stably by connecting a flexible board surely with a piezoelectric element by means of a bonding wire and driving the piezoelectric element stably. SOLUTION: An inkjet recording head comprising a nozzle substrate in which nozzle holes for ejecting inks and pressure generation chambers communicating with the nozzle holes are formed, and piezoelectric elements provided on one side of the nozzle substrate and causing pressure variations in the pressure generation chambers is further provided with a reinforcing plate bonded to the nozzle substrate, a flexible board superimposed on the nozzle substrate and transmitting driving signals to the piezoelectric elements, and a wiring material for connecting the piezoelectric elements and the flexible board electrically by wire bonding. The flexible board is bonded to the reinforcing plate by means of an adhesive applied between them, and an adhesive is applied to cover the edge of the flexible board. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
