Black beans (B) are coated with a mineral layer (1) which includes powdered calcium and powdered dolomite, and a dough layer (2) formed by baking a dough mixture which includes wheat flour, and an outer layer (3) formed by consolidating a seasoning mixture which includes powdered soy milk and/or powdered green tea or the like with a hardening fat. The supplement includes at least 2 parts by weight and no more than 5 parts by weight of powdered calcium, includes at least 30 parts by weight and no more than 45 parts by weight of powdered dolomite, and includes at least 5 parts by weight and no more than 15 parts by weight of powdered soy milk, to 30 parts by weight of black beans.
