PURPOSE: A data transmission method and an apparatus and a system for the same in wireless LAN are provided to perform data communication between a portable terminal and an access point by receiving data in a CPU. CONSTITUTION: A WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) module(210) confirms received data. The WLAN transmits a frame to an AP(Access Point). The WLAN module transmits interrupt signal to a second control unit(220). A second controller is converted to an active state. The second controllers transmit the signal confirming that the change is completed to the WLAN module. The WLAN module transmits a frame confirming that a standby state is released to the AP. The AP transmits data to the second controller through the WLAN module.
