PURPOSE: An insulation defective warning apparatus from high voltage test apparatus are provided to indicate the sensing result through the alert potion and to detect inferior insulation. CONSTITUTION: The predetermined amount of water is filled in the tank(1). The first electrode of a rod-shape is mounted between an insulators and the insulator is installed at both parts of the tank. The second electrode dips a portion of the safety harness(2) to be connected in the water. The second electric source input terminal is connected to the third electrode and the first power source input terminal is connected to the ring(5). The fail detecting device indicates with an audiovisual by sensing the insulating state of the safety harness. The fail detecting device includes the sensing part and alarming part. The sensing part(11) senses the insulating state between the outer side of the safety harness submerged under water and the safety harness inner side. The alert potion(12) is generated the warning tone and alarm indication to be switched to the voltage induced in the sensing part.
