BIOSENSOR SENSITIVE TO IMMUNOPROTEIN USING POROUS SILICON SMART PARTICLES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A detection biosensor of immunoprotein is provided to implement light reflectance (λmax = 607nm) and light emission (λem = 505nm) and improve selectivity of sensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting immunoprotein comprises: a step of inducing oxidized surface of porous silicon smart particle with amine derivative; a step of fixing sensor and light emitting silol compound to amine derivative terminal; a step of irradiating light source to porous silicon smart particle; and a step of detecting the immunoprotein through reflection behavior of the light source.
