<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a block copolymer layer having a micro phase separation structure in which a cylindrical or lamellar phase is oriented vertically to a flexible substrate such as a polymer substrate or the like, and to provide a method for manufacturing of the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The structure has a metal oxide layer 22, a layer 24 formed of a silane coupling agent, and a layer 14 formed of the block copolymer prepared by bonding two or more polymer chains incompatible with each other and having the micro phase separation structure, and these layers are formed on the flexible substrate 20 in this order wherein one phase of the micro phase separation structure is the cylindrical or lamellar phase 12 oriented vertically to the flexible substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
