<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaged liquid seasoning for microwave oven cooking with which tasty cooked dish having sauted food flavor can be readily obtained at home using a microwave oven, and which is prevented from boiling over through a package opening part for releasing steam when charged ingredients into the package filled with retort-treated liquid seasoning mixed with extract and the like to make microwave oven cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged liquid seasoning for microwave oven cooking is prepared by filling and sealing liquid seasoning in a package followed by subjecting the liquid seasoning to retort treatment, charging the ingredients in the package, and cooking the mixture with the microwave oven to obtain the cooked dish. The liquid seasoning includes a separation-type liquid seasoning composed of an oil-phase part containing an edible oil or fat having a coagulation temperature of not less than 0°C, and a water-phase part containing an extract and starch and having a viscosity of 400-10,000 mPa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
