<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both automatic control and manual operation through a control panel of an operation console of a switcher, in an automatic control system for transmission of a program. <P>SOLUTION: A program transmission control system includes a computer device 110 mounted with a control block 10, a playout server 31 which has one or more output channels for outputting video materials and connected to the computer device 110 through a communication line, the switcher 41 for video signals connected to the computer device 110 through the communication line, and the operation console of the switcher 41 having operators for selecting video signals. The computer device 110 receives information on materials when the playout server 31 performs output from an output channel, and refers to the information and a program being sent out to instruct a suitable bus of the switcher 41 to select an input connected to the output channel of the playout server 31 according to a selection schedule for materials in the program and a processing schedule of the switcher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
