<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an antiwear ability and a slidability of a bearing which receives a compression reaction force from a pump, and prevent seizing of the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A compressor includes a rotary member 5 fixed to a drive shaft 3, a hub member 7 being integrally rotated with the rotary member 5, an inclined plate 9 fixed to the hub member 7 and adjustable of its inclination angle with respect to the drive shaft 3, a pump mechanism 11 driven by rotation of the inclined plate 9, and a bearing arranged between the rotary member 5 and a housing member 13 and receiving a thrust reaction force from the pump mechanism 11. A thruster 15, which is a slide bearing, is used for the bearing, and a DLC coating is applied to a slide face of the bearing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
