<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid force feed device capable of quickly opening a flow-in side check valve by preventing re-evaporation of condensate in a closed vessel when an air-discharge valve is opened and an air-feeding valve is closed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes in a liquid flow-in port 16 a flow-in side check valve 60 allowing the flow of liquid to a closed vessel 2 only, in a liquid discharge port 17 a force-feed side check valve 75 allowing the flow of liquid to a liquid force-feed destination only, a cooling water filling port 70 in the flow-in side check valve 60 and in the cooling water filling port 70 a filling side check valve 73 allowing the flow of liquid to the closed vessel 2 only. The cooling water filling port 70 is connected to a cooling water source having a pressure lower than liquid force-feed destination to which the liquid discharge port 17 is connected with a pressure higher than a load side connected with the liquid flow-in port 16. When an air-discharge valve 21 of an operation vapor discharge port 13 is opened, the air-feeding valve 20 of the operation vapor introduction port 11 is closed and the force-feed side check valve 75 is closed, the filling side check valve 73 is opened before the flow-in side check valve 60 is opened.
