<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an electronic device capable of easily fixing two printed circuit boards to a case, a cover without spoiling appearance and without using screw, studs, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the electronic device in which first and second printed boards with mounted electronic components are faced, arranged, and stored inside together by the case and the cover. The electronic device is provided with: a first rib which is provided on the inner side of the case to support the first printed board; a second rib which is provided on the inner side of the case to support the second printed board; a third rib which is provided on the inner side of the cover to sandwich the first printed board with the first rib; and a fourth rib which is provided on the inner side of the cover to sandwich the second printed board with the second rib.
